- The HTHS Annual Meeting is held the first Friday in October at 10 a.m. at the Helena Township Community Center. This meeting is open to all members, who are welcome to join us as we discuss the activities and accomplishments of the current year and plans for the coming year.
- The Executive Board meets four times between March and October and as needed, to conduct administrative business. There are no meetings between November and March.
